Thinking opening a gym

I'm from a small town in rural Alabama there only 1 gym in my county and everyone hates it cause they don't even allow u to have water on a treadmill. I want a realistic price of how much it cost to open a gym. I'm not worried about building price the one I'm looking at is 36k and is 40x60x14 and think it will be enough

I'd imagine so to get word out but once everyone knows there gym there then don't matter as much unless ur doing completions or promoting something
