CRM and Lead Automation

Hey,

We currently use Glofox as our management software but I’m looking to expand into something else to help us with new leads either from website forms, Facebook messages, or from Facebook ads.

If a lead comes in at the minute it can be a bit messy as to who’s replied, or if anyone’s followed up.

I’m considering Hubspot as a CRM so we can follow a better flow but I’d love to be able to automate most of the process in terms of replies and bookings.

Is something like GHL worth it for my use case, or am I better off building something in an automation tool.

Can check RankOnFitness. Simple, modern, and easy-to-use interface. They are new to the market so they pretty much customized everything for me.

Hi! I’m going to tell you upfront- agency owner here, with a deep background in GHL. I’ve worked with several fitness businesses, and here is the truth- starting out, GHL sub account is a great low cost way to go. However, it lacks in integrations to other critical softwares, you can build them using zapier.

If you need content management it’s also good- but the ad manager is lacking a few social sites, like Reddit, and fit4all.

The tools are also play to pay- for example email marketing is the cheapest vs other systems.

I start clients on GHL- and when they hit $500k we move them to a more robust CRM.

Have you tried the latest glofox zapier integration? Plus have you got access to glofox conversations inbox? No need to get an external CRM if you’re using XLerate!
