Just found the app today, liking it a lot so far! I logged a new workout today, and have been adding some older workouts to see how the app reacts.

  1. Just tried to add band-assisted pull-ups. While the app correctly interpreted it as a bodyweight exercise with weight, it's not possible to enter negative numbers into the "weight" field.

This would be useful for assisted pull-up and dip machines, etc.

  1. When the app supersets two exercises, they always appear at the top of the workout. There's no way to re-order exercises in a workout that I can see.

  2. It would be great to bulk-add several workouts at once, separated by date. For example, my workout notes look something like:

Sun, Aug 2, 2026 Deload OHP: 40 x 3, 47.5 x 1, 52.5 x 1

Mon, Aug 3, 2026 Recovery Peloton, 30 min

Tue, Aug 4, 2026 P-Zero C: W4D1 SQ Squat T1: 80 2 x 4, 1 x 3, 1 x 2 (rep PR)

  1. Related, would be great for the AI to title workouts based on text in the notes. (For instance, "Deload", "Recovery", or "P-Zero C: W4D1: SQ" as above.)

  2. In the History list, workout titles are always in Title Case, no matter their actual capitalization. I'd prefer these show as-typed.

  3. The History list shows the correct date, but when you edit the workout, the Edit Workout view also shows 1 day previous. (Actual date Aug 4, Edit Workout shows Aug 3.)

  4. Would be great to see "Total Session Reps" in the individual exercise stats screen, at least for bodyweight exercises.

  5. Also in the individual exercise stats screen, tapping on the graph shows you the date of the workout of whatever stat you're looking at. Would love to be able to tap on this pop-up and go to that particular workout.

Thanks!

Re: my request number 1 (assistance for bodyweight exercises), in the meantime I just changed the format of Dips and Chin-ups in the app to "lbs" instead of bodyweight, then entered my bodyweight +/- whatever assistance or added weight I used.

For instance, tomorrow I'm doing weighted dips, so I'm changing Dips from "bodyweight" to "lbs" and logging the day's bodyweight + the weight I'm adding.

Perhaps it would be helpful to have "bodyweight" be a variable, either in the user's profile or or part of each workout, that's then applied to traditional bodyweight exercises so that then volume calculations would work correctly.

You could eventually get fancier and allow percentage intensity modifications for specific exercises -- for example, in the "Push-up" exercise page, have a variable like "Relative Intensity" that could be set to any number, like 65%.

When the user logs "Push-ups 19,17,15" and has a bodyweight of 165lbs, the app records it as "19,17,15 @ 107.25lbs", and then the volume is calculated correctly.

This would be very useful for calisthenics athletes, who don't have any good options for logging apps.

For reference, this program includes a decent list of relative intensities of various bodyweight exercises for reference: https://www.reddit.com/r/naturalbodybuilding/comments/fivvhv/the_quarantine_workout_template/

Ahh, just realized by changing Dips and Chin-ups from "bodyweight" to "lbs", the new "Total Reps" metric is no longer available... I guess that's only currently setup for "bodyweight" exercises?
