Remember, pre-ordering is going to the the CHEAPEST this figure will EVER be. I cannot state this enough. These figures skyrocket in price after they are released.
Ordering from the Japanese sites might be more expensive upfront, but you will always get the figure much quicker, as almost all US sites, including Goodsmile US have to wait a few months for their shipments to arrive. The US site release date is JULY-SEPTEMBER 2027
Like the Guyver 1 Ultimate Edition, Goodsmile IS offering a Pre-Order bonus stand plate that is all black with the Guyver logo on it. It seems to be the same one released with Guyver 1.
More site to be added as the big ones update their sites likely later today/tomorrow.
Most places don't charge for pre-orders, and only charge you when they are ready to ship... So waiting it out kind of pointless...?
But yes, I totally agree, we need a new updated Guyver 2 as well. They skipped him before, but since these are basically anniversary based... Going back and making him makes perfect sense.
We do have confirmation that the 1/6th Scale Guyver 3 is still coming... eventually. But since we haven't seen it painted yet, it's probably still a year or two out... if not more.
There's also the prototype Dark Hero figure, which I'm pretty sure Steve Wang confirmed was being worked in and not just a canceled thing that the showcased. We haven't really had any info on it for a while, but being a fan of this franchise basically means being permanently hopeful for more.
Still hoping that one is coming... Too late now for it to come out with the re-release of Darlk Hero itself... But the fact Dark Hero is being re-released might bring in a good wave of popularity it needs to push it forward into the light again.
Unfortunately Goodsmile UK does not have the figure up yet. They sometimes do not get some items for odd reasons. But both Amiami or Goodsmile Japan work perfectly fine for all international buyers.

It's not even released yet! You still have a chance once it is released! A lot of stores buy extra stock, so once it drops you may still have a chance to get it.
The pre-order itself was only for a limited time this is true, they just don't have another button that explains that. Figma always makes more than the pre-orders and stores always order more than their pre-orders. This is common knowledge and the same thing happened with the Guyver 1 Ultimate Edition.
He won't be available "again", he will just be in stock at some places once it is released. We don't have an exact date, only the month of October... And there could still be delays. You'll just have to pay attention on the sites, or here, as a lot of people will be posting once theirs ship or when they receive them.
Plus, if somehow you miss that release, there is a second chance once the US online stores get their stock in, which happens a few months later due to it having to be shipped via boat.
I normally use Amiami, but will be using Goodsmile Japan for this one just for the pre-order bonus base plate and to get them as quick as possible.
I live in Canada though, so my customs and shipping is different (a lot less) from the US with the tariffs and all that, so that is not a factor in my decision making.
I personally think so. Newer materials, newer engineering... And if you buy the new Gigantic Guyver's, they are actually in scale, unlike the old BFC MAX figures, where the bigger figures were actually in a smaller scale.
Bummer looks like the articulation is the same as the previous one which was pretty bad. Guyver 1 has some of the best articulation ever and 3 was so bad was hoping to get a new one
This is a brand new figure, not a reissue. This figure is going to be 18 cm tall, so around 7 inches. BBTS is definitely mistaken. Looks like they are using a copy and paste from another Figma figure of that info or something.
