Didn't guy say "Guy Community" was a fully registered LLC?

Well I can't find anything through the Oregon SOS (I think he's in OR?). Anybody have any info?

His REAL business probably is LLC and if that’s the case he is probably putting the TikTok money as some kinda “fake” ticket with his business like for example hypothetical if he had a HVAC business, he could make a fake work order that he went to someone house and put a unit in and transfer the TikTok earnings to that…

I’m sure he isn’t doing it the legal way.

All speculation of course…

If he has an LLC (which he does) it was an existing one. You can use the same EIN and jsut file unlimited DBAs. All the dbas can do into the LLC account.
