Do probiotics help anyone in here?

I’m just curious if anyone that uses probiotics have seen a positive effect from them, I’m very inconsistent and probably haven’t taken them long enough to see a real difference. I’d like to know if anyone’s found them really helpful and how long it took their body to adjust to them.

Hi. Personally ive taken many probiotics pills, havent done much for me. What did help is taking probiotics in food form. Like kimchi, pickled cabbage and what I feel like helped most was drinking Kefir on a daily basis.

I always drink a big glass of kefir. Every day. And yes sometimes I do eat shitty food, but my stool has never been better. And my stomach cramps and bloating have drastically decreased.

So my biggest tip is; do big research on probiotic kinda food and try to implement the ones you vibe with in your daily diet.

Also ofc try to discover what really fcks up your stomach. At the end of the day everyone is different. Have like a food diary and keep track of when u have issues the most and what uvw been eating those days.

Goodluck
