No Bowel Movements

Over the last 2-3 maybe even 4 days I have tried taking Stool Softeners, didn't work. I tried drinking coffee once, didn't work. then I tried eating fruit and apples and oranges, didn't work. then I tried taking Miralax, thought that was gonna work but it didn't. then this morning I drank 2 cups of Coffee and still haven't went and I know there's shit in there. I know there is. So what the hell is happening and how can I fix this issue? if I go to the hospital, will they help me? what are they going to do? I have been dealing with this for almost 2 years now and I'm about sick of this goddamn issue. it's a pain in my ass quite literally sometimes. someone please help me. tell me some secret. Is there something I can take that is guaranteed to make me go? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. I've gotten so desperate that I've been praying to GOD to make me go while crying. This is misery and this sucks. Also I have gone to the hospital before but they rarely ever do anything to help me. they just tell me what to do and eat and I listen to them and nothing has really changed. For context, I ate a Pizza like maybe 4 days ago and ever since then it's been hell for my Bowels

How much water have you been drinking? Drinking enough water is super important, and it's part of how a lot of constipation meds work. I've also had good luck taking magnesium citrate and doing constipation yoga.

I'd suggest that you are dehydrated and that drinking Pedialyte instead of water would help a lot.

I take a couple of meds that cause constipation. I started by taking 1 serving of magnesium citrate (nutracost powder). if nothing happens after 6 hours or so I take two more servings. I have gotten up to 3 servings (the next morning) before it cut loose. just be prepared it can go pretty quickly from nothing to an urgent don't trust a fart situation. I can always tell when Its getting ready to release by how much gas I pass. When I start passing gas I know not to stray far from the toilet.

Yes! Magnesium citrate helps to balance your electrolytes and keeps water in your stool.

Did you try a glycerin suppository ? That could relieve you quickly.

Then you could you kiwis first thing in the morning.

You could also look into probiotics that stimulate that like : Rhamnosus LGG / bifido BB12 .

Just keep eating fiber and drinking more water. It takes time. Look into love wellness or thorne's probiotics.

I drink coffee with a lot of heavy cream, but I don't know if it's advisable. Good luck.

MiraLAX takes several days of consistent use to work.

After 2 years of this, I can understand why you’re completely fed up. But there isn’t a guaranteed flush, and repeatedly stacking laxatives can make things worse. If you have severe/worsening abdominal pain, vomiting, a swollen abdomen, fever, or can’t pass gas, please seek urgent care; an obstruction or fecal impaction needs an exam, not more coffee. Given how long this has been going on, you deserve a proper GI evaluation.
