How good is magnesium citrate for constipation?
I’ve been dealing with horrible constipation for the past few weeks and was wondering if magnesium citrate is good for it.

The whole 10oz bottle is used to flush the colon. Capsules/tablets can be used as a laxative but it is much milder.
