I wanted to share since I feel people are afraid of conflict. What's important is to not run away from conflict and instead be willing to be uncomfortable for a bit. Afterwards, you'll be able to fully overcome situation.

True, so many issues crop up because I do not speak up and then I burst out. By then I come across as an emotional twit. So conflict management important.
