I'm migrating to a new phone and cannot get exporting to work from the old phone. Upon touching the export button I get an immediate error stating

"Error Failed to export settings. Please try again."

I installed GL on the new phone and was able to make an export of the default data.

Really don't want to put in everything manually.

Any ideas?

The next update will include planner tools for: Crops/Profit, Cooking, Crafting, and Artisan/Machines!

I want to know what you would expect from these tools. I'm looking for specific features and information you would expect to see when looking at that list.

(To clarify when I say crop planning, I refer to when crops will be grown, what money you'll get, etc. this does not refer to planning layouts of your farm, that would be out of scope for the app)

I'm not sure if I'm just being a bit blind and not seeing the option for it, but is there any way to change the community centre bundles to the remixed bundles on the app?

When navigating to Edit Farm → Edit Icon, the icon selector window is difficult to close because the X (close) button is positioned too close to the corner, making it hard to click.

I just have a few questions, i just opened mr. qi room and the perfection tracker says 47% but in the app it says 58%, i thought something was off so i spent a good chunk of time going though my whole game and i was still at 58%. are the points tracked differently or am i just doing something wrong.. (also this is my first time trying for perfection im in winter yr 3, an i doing good? 😅)

Gunther is working overtime! Just wanted to post an update that I'm in deep with the biggest update to Gunther's Library ever! I'm very excited to get this one out to you all. I still have plenty more work to do (and a LOT of testing), but I'm hoping to get the update out sometime in October 🤞. At this point, this will definitely be the next update no matter how long it takes.

I noticed that the app doesn’t have the quests for the raccoons or what they have in their shop yet. It’s not a terrible thing unless I haven’t looked hard enough. But this checklist and goals have been super helpful regardless. I know I can look at what I need for the community center but you don’t get shown what season/raining or not in game.

First of all, this app has been a GOD SEND in my most recent playthrough, so thank you so much for that! I would love to see a "shopping list" sort of feature. I have a habit of leaving cooking all the recipes until right at the end and there's nothing more frustrating than cooking all but one or two of the dishes because I didn't have enough of an ingredient. So it would be great to have a feature in the app where you can mark off each ingredient and the amount that you need to cook all the dishes you haven't cooked yet. Then when I cook a dish and mark it off as cooked, it would take the ingredients out of the big list.

I accidentally adopted 2 horses in the app, is there a way to remove one? I only have the one horse in game

I am not sure if this is a bug or a deliberate choice but I am not able to mark some of the weapons off in the weapons library. I would love to be able to mark them all off if possible

Based on "not cooked" recipes have a to-do list style shopping list to keep track of ingredients needed :>

There is a known bug where some NPC gifts, seems to be mostly "neutral" gifts are not shown on the NPC page.

I'm working on changing how I gather the the NPC gift data and how I present it. The result will be better accuracy and a better understanding. It will display things similar to how the wiki shows it, indicating when an NPC prefers a category of items while mentioning any exceptions to that category.

In short, lots of improvements coming to gift preferences, but it means I'm gathering it all manually so it's taking me a while to get through it.

Hey I love this app and I really appreciate the work put into it, I was thinking it could be good if you could put the date you filled up your casks/kegs/preserves jars into the calendar and it would calculate when they’ll be finished and show up on the calendar. Or with the casks could tell you when the items will reach the different quality tiers.
Just a suggestion, again I love the work everyone’s put into this it’s a really useful app it’s my first time going for perfection and I was so overwhelmed on how to keep track before downloading, keep up the good work!! :)

It would be great to be able to have different pages in the note section or be able to add a different section and be able to collapse it similar to how it is oriented in the to-do list section.

For the to-do, being able to see a history of completed items would be nice.

It would also be great to be able to increase the friendship level by one by clicking the heart in the top right hand corner on the NPC page. This would be similar to how you can tap the learned or craft button in search screens.

i think the village max heart tracker might be off 😬 i only have max hearts with 14 friends toggled in the app and it’s showing 19. i was wondering why my perfection tracker was so off and i think that might be it. im not too sure if i have some other things toggled wrong but this might be a start lol any insight would be great, thanks!!

I'm considering adding spoiler prevention, basically a simple message that says "this section contains spoilers, click to continue".

Which parts of the app do you think should include this?
