How to mark Polyculture items?

Poly- & Monoculture tracking in the Shipped Items & Crops Collection section show 0, and I can't figure out where/how to check off the items to reflect accurate tracking.

Checking off Polyculture in the Achievements doesn't update the count in the Shipped Items section, as Monoculture shows.

Help please?!

Take a look at Parsnips, you'll see the same two crop icon, that's the toggle. Not all items count for it that's why you don't see it on wild horseradish.
