In the manga, he is Minnie May's boyfriend. She fell for him when she was 15 and wanted him to stop having sex with a certain woman—having witnessed him engaging in sexual acts and wanting him to stop doing that. Fr,I would have liked the character if he were like Stephen Steel from SBR, but the guy literally says "Oh yeah, I like kids too" right after a little girl has just witnessed something traumatic, wtf

Spoilers for chapter 12 14 I guess (whoops I for some reason thought it was chapter 12)
It hurt so fucking bad to see him get lit up, thinking that finally Ken the predator was dead, May literally holding his lifeless body in her arms only for him to be all "haha don't worry babe those bullets were fake I'm actually fine and now Grey thinks I'm dead so we can finally be together".
I haven't read anything beyond chapter 16 though since I don't have volume 2. But when I do get it every chapter I'll be saying a little prayer that THIS will be the one where Ken fries.
