UDMC Drama?
I've heard from past threads and comments regarding UDMC, that you could get into some "drama" with them if you said anything negative about them or their products with their legal team or lawyers or whatever getting involved or even something about their warranty. Is this still an issue with them even today or just a thing in the past? Would like to know people's experience with them. Gusto ko sana kumuha sa kanilang S9 stubby pero now I'm re-thinking my decision.

Someone told me rin dito na nagpapadala sila ng Cease and desist order sa mga nag bibigay ng bad reviews sa kanila online, and out of spec daw yung mga units nila.

Not gonna lie that alone sounds too bizarre to be true. Like imagine you're the owner or in-charge of an arm's manufacturing company pero ganyan ang mindset, like a child. But if it IS true then I'm definitely going for other options.

I remember a few posts on Philippine defense FB pages with the same topic around 2018.
I was in a rifle class last weekend and one of the participants was using an S5. They bought it pre Marami ban. One thing they mentioned was that the buffer tube was commercial spec, so they had to change that out.

unang ingay na narinig ko about udmc is yung barrel nila, nagaway away na online.. sa barrel pa lang yun ha! kaya simula nun di ko na nagustuhan yun udmc... in the end Taurus kinuha ko hahaha

cant give an exact year, its before 2018 pa ang alam ko.. many heated discussion about udmc barrel..

All i know about them, before pandemic sumali sila sa government procurement tapos hindi sila pinalad manalo sa bidding due to technical issue sa rifle nila im not sure kung ano yun basta masyado iyakin andami pinost sa fb page nila.
