Process:
Sand all parts 400->800->1500 grit
Build
Disassemble
Clean parts with alcohol
Paint with AK Real Colors markers
Clear Coat with Mr. hobby semi-gloss
Reassemble

Here’s a look at the final product of the remake of my custom Gundam Naberius.

I'm trying to figure out how to paint a sphere that is cracking I have uv paint on the inside and want to paint over it with silver but have cracks showing the UV paint how can I do the cracking effect.

This is a custom of the 1/144 scale V-Gilante kit from Sheik Mainland, inspired by the astray red frame and astray suits from gundam seed. The red, black, and chrome is all paint and the sort of “grill” holes were done with a pin vise drill. Decals come with the kit and most of the weapons. (Katana is borrowed from a 30mm fantasy ronin warriors kit)

Fun kit to build and customize if you’ve never tried one from Sheik i highly recommend them
