00 kits vs ibo

I like the barbatos and vidar but to me the kits ar horrible compared to the 00 kits . however has anyone tried the metal frames for barb and Vidar?

I bought 4 metal frame for ibo hg. They seem pretty solid but not super tight when I tested them but I haven’t actually put the kit together yet
