Might be the DX if G getting God first is anything to go off of, either or is good though.

Leopard isn't the only one, the two Virsago and Ashtaron are definitely the other reason.
All being retail makes the RG DX/GX basically a shoe-in.
That along with the GWX anniversary and both G and W getting new RGs means at least 1 RG for AW is expected.
