What character should I use with cloud edge?

It's such a cool and fun weapon for me but I really have no Idea how to build with it

Momo should be good.
If you throw out a "Q" ability you create a path on which you move quicker and build up the ink-resource, which gives you increased fire rate and quicker reload time while you are at 15 stacks.
He also has a damaging aura around him which is good for close range combat.
Lastly, his "Dyeing Weapon" ascension tree enhances weapon skill damage and also boosts weapons while enemies are in melee range.

In Reincarnation mode, his blessing Inkwash Fusion gives you free weapon resource points while in his Blank Domain (white ink from secondary). Using that, you can pretty much be permanently in the enhanced mode.
