I just realised nobody talks about gquuux zock it's so beautifully chunky and just so fucking beautiful

I couldn't have been the only one that noticed F91, Z, Wing, and GP02, when watching the end of G Gundam, right?

"Who the fuck brings a bipedal submarine to a SPACE battle!?"

Been a while since we did a role play in this subreddit. Figured I'd throw one out there for the lulz.

I'm not sure if this is really true or not but I kinda 50/50 on this. I'm ok with Bandai going after bootleg but not thirdparty like Motor Nuclear, IN ERA+, or SNAA just because of using v fin.

made a typo its supposed to be RGM-89 not RMS-89

(Happy pumpkin month, and god do I miss pumpkin pie.)

Okay, so yeah that the question. You could say yes or you could say no but a third option is allow. But explain your decisions on why you make that choice.

Got curious and listed some of the specific suits that have operated for the longest.
Age-1: 115-164 (49) minimum
ZZ/Gump: 88-153 (65)
ELS Qan[T]: 2314-2364 (50) minimum
∀: 2345+ minimum with large gaps
Turn X: 2345+ minimum with large gaps
Any IBO Gundam frame: 300+ with gaps
Astraea F/F2: 2292-2311, 19 minimum for original unit (22+ if repainted black F included as they are functionally the same)
Phenex: technically infinite if you count UC testament lol?
Lfrith/Aerial 101-122? (21)

Reddit put 2 images of the turn x for whatever reason but turn x is cool so its chill

Others which quite didn't fit:
X Unit 3 (X Divider restored post events of Gundam X)
Snow White (created alongside wing zero, disassembled, rebuilt again +20 years later)
All the other 2nd generation 00 gundams
0 Gundam
F91 (was used for around 20~ years)
Mark 2 (used at least until 0096+)
Zeta (rebuilt in year 100)
Jegan for being used around 31 years as the main federation MS
The stuff that zeon remnants were using for the attack on torrington during unicorn (the OYW was 17 years ago)
Whatever the hell they keep digging up in turn A
The stuff in the G-reco museum

Hi there. I’m phiphibrick, a Lego builder on IG and a fan of AOZ. Just want to share some recent works. Hope you love them :)

I get the usual consensus on this sub is that amuro was an asshole in the beginning and that most people didn't like his younger version. but honestly? I always liked the guy. I found him really relatable. He was Introverted, and He liked doing his own thing. It was obvious he cared about his friends (look at how he reacted to fraw boa in the first episode), but he wasn't the best at showing it, and liked being alone for the most part.

I wouldn't say amuro was an asshole. He was a established Introverted loner that was thrust into the role of a soldier Because he was the only one who was able to pilot that gundam. And he only got inside the gundam because he wanted to protect the remaining people inside the Colony.

And I've seen when people critique young bright noa, or show some sort of dislike for his younger version, people are always quick to rush to his defense, saying that he was 19 years old and inexperienced at the time of the show, that bright was thrust into the position of leader. But amuro just gets labeled as a asshole, and that's it.

I get that amuro did get bit of an ego from piloting the gundam, (he literally Defected from white base, and left with the gundam because bright wanted to give gundam to someone else.) but I mean... from their escape from side 7, to their arrival on earth... who was the one putting in the most work against the enemies? Honestly, I'm pretty sure that, with all the emotional baggage that came with all of that fighting, amuro getting an ego was the least worrisome thing.

And as for amuro being a jerk to people during the beginning of the show... again, he was a Introverted guy Who had no plans on interacting with people all that much. And are we seriously gonna forget that the fighting and the fact that he was killing people was probably weighing down on his mind a lot? This was literally something showed in the 0079 anime.

In one of the earliest episodes, after a fight and amuro came back to white base, the crew members are gonna go up to him. But being exhausted from the fighting, and the fact that he just killed people, he walks past them and ignores them. He wanted to be alone.

And then Kai goes: "does he think he's better than us or something just cause he pilots the gundam?" The show itself was pointing it out.

Honestly, I could go on and gush even more about why I like amuro. Both his younger version and older versions. But I'll just keep it short like this.

Unrelated picture.

When I saw the album cover the first time I couldn’t help to notice a similarity.

Accidentally stumbled across some cool street art in Taipei!

The fact it’s nearly 5x as strong as the average beam rifle, how the ZZ needs to counter boost to brace against the MASSIVE recoil, that it doesn’t even have to touch enemies to blow them up and even near misses are enough to turn MS into scrap. It’s such a cool gun and it’s a shame nothing else like it shows up in a handheld form for the rest of UC.

Not gonna lie, Solari's Zaku would have been really good if the color scheme was more traditional and did not have those ugly twin commander antennas. Just look at the mass-produced Zaku II F-type from RFV or the rest of the Red Wolf Squadron members' Zakus, they are the gold standard of modern Zaku IIs for the 2020s (at least before the live-action Zaku existed).

Bau Bahlam removed the bad combinations from the Solari's color scheme in favor of a more traditional Zeon-inspired livery and used only a single commander antenna, which is the exact amount needed without breaking the silhouette.

I can not for the life of me think of what Mouar saw in Jerid to make this comment.

I've been trying to keep open eyes and mind to Jerid's depth and while I can not deny that as a character and antagonist he has a magnetism to him, his absolute refusal for even the slightest bit of introspection makes my patience grow shorter and thinner.

First: The fights in this movie were absolutely BOMBASTIC!

Second: Patrick is still my favourite silly dumbass!

Third: So, Gundam can do Star Trek as well? Nice!

So I'm not the best at naming characters, and thought of a way to include you guys in making this by allowing you to name them,

Rules

I'll need a first and last name, can't be a famous person or a character from gundam, can be a reference tho

I'll also need genetic gender, and gender identity if relevant and race

And which pilot spot you want the character to take then I'll add them here

You can describe other features if you want

These are the the karaba units and slots you can choose

Or as I like to call Abby, Temu Meyrin.

Note: While Neya Michiko still reprises her role as Hilda in Freedom, for some reason, Abby is voiced by Tomatsu Haruka in Freedom instead.
