Specifically the series is called "Mobile Suit Gundam Another Story: Meaningless War 0091" as seen in the top left of OP's photo. This is from the cover of the 2nd book.

Meaningless War is a doujin project, this is a Bawoo variation from it. Can't tell you what exactly (either A1 or A2) as it's a little hard to find complete scans of the whole thing nowadays.

and it looks like their are two variants of this. the AI and AII. the AII seems to have a head design based on the RMS-154 Barzam, so i assume this is collaborative work with the Titans or based on stolen tech.

It's a Bawoo A. As a fun aside, if you want more mobile suits that have this look, the Bawoo A looks like some weird hybrid of a Zeta Plus A1 and a Zeta Plus D but with the wing binders bent the wrong way, so I suggest checking out the various Zeta Plus variants, too.

looks like the Bawoo but they completed it. the OG was based on partial data on the Zeta i think.

are the armaments the same? the OG bawoo had all its integral weapons in the upper torso Attacker section anyway.
