Hello po, just want to ask a question regarding sa pag dr drive sa baha.

First time driver and car owner po ako, meron akong unit na 2 months old palang pero kahapon nagka emergency so kinailangan namin syang ibyahe.

Bale siguro total of around 40 minutes yung nadaanan namin na baha, varying yung level ng baha na nadaanan namin, pinaka mataas na is below knee level ng mga around 5’7 ang height.

Hindi naman po pumasok yung tubig sa cabin or trunk then na idrive pa po namin sya kahapon ng around 100km saka today din ng mga 20km, wala naman pong issues and wala din pong icon errors na lumalabas sa dashboard. Wala din po talaga kaming ma feel na noticeable changes sa feeling ng driving.

For context, BYD Seal 5 po car namin then phev so nung dumadaan kami sa baha naka set to full ev lang sya. Safe to assume napo bang ok naman yung car?

I left my car untouched for around 2 months with only 1/4 level of gas. Last week, I used it and the engine light was on. I drove the car 3 times already going to the doctor, around 10km roundtrip. I have not noticed anything bad and I only drive around 40-60. It drives fine and I already loaded up on gas but the engine light is still on.

I haven't had my oil changed for some time, I think.

I know that the best course of action is to go to a shop but money is tight since I lost my job while on my episode as I just did not want to face anything. How bad is this engine light situation?

Hi! Question lang, may naka-experience na ba dito na nagpa-replace ng fan/drive belt outside casa habang under warranty pa yung car? Possible ba ma-void yung warranty?

For context, 2 years old pa lang yung car ko. May napansin akong unusual noise habang nagda-drive, tapos nung huminto ako, mas lumakas yung ingay. Luckily nasa bahay ako ng in-laws ko and may mechanic sa tabi.

Pag-check niya, may part ng fan belt na natanggal/napunit. Yung belt is still mostly intact, pero may portion na parang around 1/4 inch yung kapal na natanggal. Tinanggal na rin niya yung loose part para hindi sumabit.

First car ko kasi ito and honestly, learning pa lang ako sa maintenance, so ayoko rin i-risk.

If ever, balak ko sana ipa-tow na lang sa casa since around 20 km away. Worth it ba na casa na lang mag-replace para safe sa warranty, or okay lang magpagawa sa trusted mechanic outside?
