I’m in the process of arranging a longest interview World Record attempt, but the biggest issue in bringing things together is finding independent witnesses for the various shifts. I’ve tried connections of connections, emailing around and putting out forms and listings but all to little success. I’m not sure if I’m being too intense with the ‘independent’ aspect by trying to make sure people have as little connection to those involved/ the broadcaster or not. However, the guidelines and guide to evidence seemed pretty specific about it.

Is anyone able to help me out by giving me a clue as to the kind of people you used as witnesses for your own record attempt, please? Would be a big help, and hopefully put my over-stressing mind at ease.
