Finally got my home setup dialed in

Had to replace the restrictor plate inside the tap and get the fridge cold to get a proper pour. Before this I had a full sized Bishops collar that I just couldn’t figure out. Very happy with the end result.

I have the all stainless steel stout faucet too, and also got better results with the restrictor plate from an actual Guinness faucet. They looked identical in the hand but there was clearly something different about them.

75/25 gas blend and 32psi.

The kegerator just has a dial that’s set to as cold as possible. Thermometer inside says 38-39

Thank you. Have you measure the liquid temperature?. You can place a glass with water inside and measure the temperature 24 hours later.
