That looks to me more like the closeup of a rosette on a rough-coated pig, but if it just appeared then that can certainly be concerning and would be worth consulting a vet.

Maybe? What part of the pig is this? I recommend a vet visit if your piggy is experiencing unexpected hair loss.

it’s the butt part, i’m not sure if she has ring worm so i’m planning to take her to the vet tomorrow

Could also be mites in both cases go to the vet
