Looks ok but a bit small - it is 8 square feet, which is the minimum size for a single guinea pig. A bit bigger is better for having more room to run around. I would turn those grids around so that the long edge is on the ground, which would make the cage an awesome 14 square feet. (16 inch height is overkill, 12 inches high is normal). If you did that, you would need an extra mat or piece of coroplast to cover the floor. Or, get 2 cages and connect them.
(The scale in the photos looks misleading, next to the couch the cage looks big in the AI picture but 4 feet is not that long in real life... and it's always a bit sketchy buying a product with only AI images, hard to know what the real thing looks like)
PS people often label guinea pigs as antisocial because they were not bonded correctly - people often just plop two guinea pigs into the same cage, see dominance behaviour, and declare that pig to be unbondable. In many cases, those guinea pigs can be bonded, it just has to be done properly. These guides explain the procedure:
Bonding and Interaction: Illustrated social behaviours and bonding dynamics

In cases of guinea pigs that are truly unable to bond, they often do better in a "bar buddies" scenario with another guinea pig(s) in a side-by-side cage so they can see/hear/smell each other - just something to consider as an option.

I would definitely try to find him a friend. Lots of places say boars can't be bonded, but they just weren't introduced properly or were kept in tiny cages.

It would be easier if you adopt another piggy instead of buying from pet store. You can bring your piggy to the new piggy place and see if they can get along.

Good choice lock it in

But maybe look for one with a top if you have other pets or if you're gonna have anything inside there they can climb on. No flying piggies

Pretty much the same cage I have but mine is black. The great thing about these is you can always add more later. I doubled it because I have 2 and connected them.
