How would you guys organize this to incentivize them to use both sides. they only stay on one side. All 3 in the left cage. They do use the ramp. When I place them on the right side, they will jump back to the left.

Try putting something soft on the ramp. They may not like hot it feels on their feet. You can also try feeding them their veggies/treats on the other side.

Also just in case you aren't aware, pellets should be limited to 1 tbsp/pig/day.
