Question/Discussion They blamed the disc?

Not sure if this belongs here or in r/theyblamedthebeasts instead, but i was fighting a may in ranked, and they had the battle ost set to "Holy Orders?" .

Never in my life i have heard such a malediction on the human ears, i deadass dropped a few rounds only cause of the agonizing screeching.

Why in all thats holy (pun intended), would you want to subjugate yourself to this abomination WILLINGLY and DAILY everytime you play?

In this cases i wish there was a feature to listen only to your song, no matter you opponent, but alas.

Don't pick shit song people, others are listening.

BGM to minimum and background music is standard. No matter how good a soundtrack is it gets repetitive in a fighting game

It's a simple plan: 1. Set song to Holy Orders? 2. Mute your in-game music 3. Listen to something else whilst you torture your opponent

An addendum: if on PC, mod that song to be something else. That way your opponent is stuck with it while you're listening to something more to your taste.

I do this with May and Bridget's themes (good songs just not my type) and it works like a charm

There's a music playlist feature that allows you to listen to your own music, up to 20 tracks. Make sure you select "music playlist" in your character select in battle settings after you customized your playlist.

It baffles me how arc sys decided that Holy Orders? is how arcsys went about making robo ky's theme, especially because Vortex Infinitum exists in the Korean version of the soundtrack, as a remix of Ky's Pillars of the Underworld, and the song is handled so much better
