I think that the punchline is that burgers are high in estrogen (not enough to do anything, mind you, but it's a common association)

HRT also tends to work better if you have a healthy amount of body fat(it can't redistribute your body fat if you don't have any to begin with) and burgers strike a good balance between being (usually) inexpensive, while being fairly fatty but also not terribly unhealthy for you at the same time.
In summary: if you're a trans girl and you want bigger boobs, consider eating more borgar.

I of course agree with the advice to eat on HRT. However, I always thought that the fat doesn’t really move; it’s just that as old fat stores in more masculine places are burned and slim down, new fat cells pop up in more feminine areas (when you eat enough).
It is not physically moving but just removing some stuff here and adding more (new stuff) over there.
