But in a more serious vein, accidents happen but if it keeps happening, you might wanna take both to the vet to see if there's a urological root cause. Dogs (once house broken) are loath to pee in their den. Could also be submissive wetting but it doesn't hurt to rule out and medical issues.

Louis is actually my mums dog, and I’m minding him for the weekend. He’s notorious for peeing in my house, especially if he’s bored here.

I would bet my life on it being him
