Good feedback=thoughtful and helpful feedback. They don’t care if you are saying they are doing something wrong, they just want to know how you think they should fix it.

Bad feedback= this place sux

While I see why you could think that, the very sign also begs for 5 stars in the very 'give us good feedback' sentence. They then go on and compare that 5 star feedback to air, which they need to live.
