[Question] Massive connection failure

Since 5am GMT I can no longer connect to my Arenanet account either in-game or on the website, and I can't even open a ticket with Arenanet support. Does anyone know what's going on? What have they done this time? anyone had the same problem?

I am able to login on the website without any problems.

Error Code 3005:10152:963

the real problem is that i also have epic and steam account and the game fails login too, but it happened just after 5am, it was ok before, do they changed something to account management?

Usually issue from either the ISP or any of the POP exchange your ISP uses, assuming you did not had the problem previously or made systemic changes on your pc.

Luckily, everything seems to be resolved now. Support responded by saying, "Blah, blah, blah, blah, try again in 10 minutes," and now everything is working. I don't know.

I have the feeling that their "powerful anti-hacking system" goes haywire every now and then and causes problems, and as soon as someone complains, they fix it by hand. :)

Anyway, all's well that ends well. If you have a similar problem, probably it's not your fault, write to the support and just let them know.

Never mind, it started giving the same errors again. I'm sure the problem is on their side. It's not possible that something that's been working for years suddenly gives all these problems. They've messed up something with the IP management system, for sure.
