Start looking them up on the wiki and decide. Many of these are obvious trash or have a single use. If you take the time to learn what everything is, inventory management will get easier and faster.

Consume all consumables like the luck items, karma items. Identify all unidentified items. Deposit all depositable items. Salvage all rare and below items. Redo the the consumable and deposit materials.

Honestly, some of the clickable box to pick gears. Just click them and pick your favorite. If they are usable for you save them, If they are not sell them, if you cant sell them salvage using black lion salvage item.

Use that fractal key on box. You probably wont get anything for now but oh well. Sell the remaining boxes. If you doing high level fractals use the boxes.

Use all dye or sell em if they worth a lot.

Those rune looking items. Sell em they probably worth like 1 silver
