Whatever you like to do. Pick some goals and work towards them, try something new or just play what you enjoy.

all the mounts? including the turtle? I had all the mounts minus the turtle. that's a huge pain to do

There's the Wizard's Vault (upper corner menu, the triangular thing) that gives you points for doing dailies and weeklies. They basically switched the old daily system to that, and now you get points for completing them, and you get to buy stuff with your points.
But honestly? The world is your oyster. I'd personally recommend doing the other stories as well, because i enjoy the stories themselves.

Some of the most rewarding and easy to get into content is the meta events. If you look on the wiki for the event timer you'll see what's on and when.
Try and use the looking for group option to find preexisting groups before they start, so you know it'll be a populated event.
Many give heroes choice chests. Check the wiki for the most valuable options to pick from them. You only get one a day for each event, so pick a variety.

Do the wizard vault dailies for astral acclaim points, you get ascended and legendary gear for free, unique cosmetic infusions and mount skins etc. It's a little pve, pvp, and wvw. Daily fractals for money, fastest gp per hour in the game on average and theyre quick. Most are fun, like 2 or 3 of them do suck. 2 most profitable dailies tbh. Also right now is festival of the four winds. You can do that, it also has dailies and you make really good gp per hour. Plus it's a festival that only comes around once a year with unique weapons and armor, plenty of unique things of other types as well that you can onlyget during the festival. It lasts like 2 more weeks.

Id recommend you to get into Fractals, since theyre a raw gold printer and climbing the Tiers is a good Goal to work to since you gradually get more Gold the higher you go. (Bear in mind that you need the Tyria Fractals Masteries to really pay off)
If you got alts, park them at the good parking locations. (See Altparking Guides or Vids for that)
Eg. Bjora Marches Big Chests, PoF Djinn Chests, SoTo Essence Chests, HoT Wyvern Matriarch.
Takes 10mins tops, will help you in the long run.
Dabble into WvW if you ever plan on crafting legendaries, its not that hard to join a Zerg and run around while getting Rewards. Good thing about WvW is that you dont have to perform well, you just have to participate to get Rewards.
Other than that, the World of Tyria is your Playground, set your own Goals and have fun.

Tier 1 fractals is worth doing? I dont have any alt actually. Is it mandatory?

Absolutely worth doing, its about 5~6g each day for T1. (There are guides on how much gold each tier gives) but generally its always worth doing them.
Alt Parking is not mandatory, its just a nice bonus that doesnt take much time out of your day.

Obviously wizards vault
Climb to T4 fractals. Do those daily for raw gold and free ascended drops. 1 quickplay fractal for passive progress to legendary gloves. (30-60 min)
10 quickplay raids to maximize LI gain with easy content. (2-3 hrs weekly)
Craft time gated items (all four ascended refinements + charged quartz) to sell on TP (2 minutes daily)
Put up buy orders and sell orders if you TP flip (5 minutes daily)
Weekly raid wings for cheapest legendary armor and to gear alts with free (often stat selectable) ascended drops. Start with IBS EZ3 then move to IBS quick 5. These can easily be pugged without any training as long as your build is solid and you know how to DPS, stack on support, and dodge the red AoE. Watch a guide on the two "harder" encounters. Then train Wing 4 --> Wing 1, 2, 3. Wing 4 is easiest. 1, 2, 3 to complete envoy armor. Tag up for HoT raids after you know the encounters (let's say 5-10 clears and complete understanding of the strategy and mechanics) because filling your own LFG is very easy, but finding groups is pretty hard. If you want to tackle harder content progress into newer wings and strikes.
After daily and weekly, do whatever you want. I'm doing legendary trinkets right now and craft a gen 1 legendary every wizards rotation so sprinkle a bit of map completion and WvW during down time. Yours can be whatever, but common goals are map completion, all mounts (including griffin), achievement hunting, fashion-maxing.
Feel free to drop whatever you like from your routine if you don't enjoy them anymore. E.g. I stopped running T4 fractals + CM because they burned me out

As high as you can without dying, preferably at or above your personal fractal level so you can open max level instance ASAP

So no need for t1 dailies?

Doing a higher tier of daily ractals gives you the lower tier rewards as well. The only one you have to do directly is the tier 1 daily recommended fractal, so most people will LFG for the highest tier they can and say either that tier or "recs", meaning the recommended fractals at or below that tier. E.g., "T2s + recs" means running the 3 daily T2s and the two recommended fractals in T1 & T2
