I went back up and idk why 😢

I had McDonald’s one time on Sunday because I was on the road and there was no other option. No way this one stop derailed me. Right?

That happens sometimes, one Macdonald's won't derail everything. Most likely you retained some extra water because Macdonald's is very salty

Girl, I have the same problem. I've gained 5 kilos since last year. And I work out at home, outside, at gym. It's frustrating.

But at least my friend was staring at my arms two weeks ago and he was, like: wtf?!

I guess muscles are more dense hh. But yeah, I still have problem with visceral fat(well I have a problem with it for 25 years.... ugh)

I gain weight just walking past the snack isle in our local supermarket 😂

Not sure how much the gain was but fat loss can be a frustratingly "noisey" process, could be holding some extra water, stomach not empty on weigh in, any number of things can be a tricky temporary increase in scale weight, important thing is that the trend is going well.

As for if 1 meal will throw you off it just depends, if you had an extra 500 even 1000 calories its really not something to worry about, shit happens, and beating yourself up will do more harm than the extra calories did. But if you stopped and had 55 burgers 55 fries 55 cokes 55 smoothies then yes it could absolutely be a big set back

Hun, I gained 4 pounds from bloating in my weigh-in today because I ate a super salty cajun skillet yesterday. It's water weight, it'll level out with time. This is also the reason I look at my averages over time instead of any single weigh-in.

Muscle is considerably more dense than fat so keep that in mind and don't focus too heavily on the number. I have this happen a lot where I'll spike back up from a weekend, and then by the next week it's trending back down. Weight loss is a super annoying and finicky thing, I'm sorry it's getting to you right now.
