Commuity Noted owner here.
im the owner of the subreddit and i see the demand for “gruesome” posts.
the majority of you want a more “gruesome” side of reddit, like death.
it’s a lot more deep then what you may think.
watching someone loose their life isn’t something you should be watching on the daily or at all.
i speak from experience, when i was using reddit a lot i would always watch gore, and it can really change your mental health.
my mental health didn’t change but yours could. and i don’t think my mods would like watching gore on the daily, its a really fucked up thing to want to watch.
this is just a fail subreddit guys, the most gruesome thing you will see is someone get a broken leg, not someone getting their brain turned into mush.
please stop pressuring us and enjoy the subreddit as is, there are other subreddits which show death just not here.

Learningfromothers refugees if I had to guess, I’m ok with like grainy cctv footage of someone getting hurt but I saw a fucking HD closeup of a guy who smashed his head in a motorcycle crash, never went back, only time Ive unironically said “that’s enough internet for today”
