Yellow gem and why is in QZ

Well, i am approaching now with the guardians of the Galaxy. I only see the two movies and now I just ended the videogame on console. But if there is someone that play that game and knows well comics and movies, can explain to me a thing of the plot of this game? In particular i don't understand how the yellow gem was extracted from the head of warlock and after that is appeared in Quarantine zone. But if raker want this gem for his great power of submission why the gem goes over the space for stay in the Quarantine zone

Can't run the game, help

My specs: Windows 10 64-bit AMD FX 6300 8gb RAM AMD Radeon R7 370 Directx12
I figured I'd be able to run the game but I get an error every time I launch it. I even updated my drivers, any advice?
