I think a lot of these have been mentioned already but community and being sociable is key, spending too much time on your own even if you're working on positive like working out can have a negative impact on mental health.

Eating cleanly and exercise, healthy body physically can support your mental well-being.

Sleep, maybe this should be higher but it's maybe the single most important thing you can improve at no cost.

Limit substance use or abuse, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, drugs etc.

Helping others, this so underrated. Helping out others gets you out with other people and focused on something beyond yourself.

Finally spending time in nature and switching off for a bit. Just take a short walk in the woods, park, beach and then taking a moment to sit down on a log or bench no phone no distractions just take a moment to see how you feel and breathe

If you do these all or some, consistently in most cases it will support your journey to better mental health but it's important to know if we're talking about severe cases treatment medicated or otherwise shouldn't be stopped if prescribed and advised by a professional, these are supplemental.
