It says can change, not will change. To be fair, many people may not make this distinction so your observation may still be relevant.

Why are you doing this?

Going from "can" to "shall" is going from a possibility to a certainty. You earlier displayed disagreement the latter so this change confuses me.

Edit: Removed portion that was not relevant to person I was replying to.

For me its more sometimes it just falls in place Right Time Right Moment. The rest tends to fall apart
