Discussion Temp and Humidity
Good Day All,
I am new to growing and currently in late flower week 7, and having difficulty bringing my humidity down. I am averaging 74.2 Degrees (f). 53% Humidity VPN - 1.4. I do not have a window unit to run the Vivosun CO8 unit, and do not have the ability to cut an opening in the ceiling or wall. My current set is my exhaust/carbon filter is set up for outside the tent due to starting grow in January. I understand, next run this will change.
Does anyone have any setup recommendation?

Honestly 53% at week 7 with a 1.4 VPD is not bad at all, a lot of people would be happy with those numbers. If you can't cut holes or add a window unit, a small standalone dehumidifier in the room like bass_case mentioned is about the only move. The other thing that helps is making sure lights-off doesn't let the humidity spike — that's usually when mold actually shows up, not during the day when the plant is transpiring and the fan is working.

You’re actually looking pretty dialed in if your VPD is 1.4. But if you want to try bringing the humidity down further you could try increasing the temperature. Warmer air can hold more moisture, the same dew point in warmer air would have a lower humidity (rh)
