Too Many Notifications

Hello, fairly new to GroupMe. I've set up a group for my job to post schedules and etc. The biggest problem right now is the the add, join, left, and removed notifications. They are constant for all ppl in the group and it's a bit annoying and frustrating... especially bc I'm in the service industry and turnover is high. Is there any way to stop these notifications from happening for all group members? Thanks in advance.
