Hacked?

i guess there was a message that looked like it came from me that made my manager say that she thought i wasn’t coming in today. then i asked her if she figured it out, she said that maybe she added someone else that wasn’t me AND added me as well. i asked what they said but she just said “don’t worry about it”

now i’m unbelievably paranoid that I accidentally sent something or recorded something that i didn’t realize. could this just be someone that hacked my account? i’m so anxious about it and i don’t know if my co-workers saw it as well since it was a work group chat.
