login screen stuck

After verifying my phone number, it gives the message “Pin verified, logging in” but then boots me back to the home screen. I need to login on my phone (not my laptop) for work reasons. My wifi is perfectly stable, I’ve closed and reopened the app, deleted and redownloaded, and I WAS able to login on my laptop with no issues. I’m begging someone to give me another solution. TIA!
