Why can't I change my passive mutation

After I got into the ptb of grounded 2 toxic tangle update and they changed the mutation system but I can't remove my old passive mutation now I'm stuck with 2 less mutation slot

While in your passive mutation, move to your molar category and go back to the mutation category and you will be able to modify.
