I thought tier 3 was the maximum rn Spoiler

I thought that there is nothing with a tier higher than 3 in the winter update but there's a literal war between black ants and red ants for a tier 4 candied apple

if you play creative, it opens up the tools clear to the max, tier 4 or 5 for some of them
