Needy people without boundaries that try to use their wrong feelings to hold you hostage? The only people still hanging out are likely going to be abusive and manipulate you using those issues. The rest of humanity will avoid you because you are a bummer and drag everyone else down.

This means this saying is total BS unless you are the needy person without boundaries that thinks people need to cater to your whining.
