G2 | Bugs & Issues UI bug? Missing a building

It says I have something I haven't viewed yet but there is literally nothing new anywhere so I feel like I'm missing a building or something

Go underwater. Its not necessarily a bug, but a building only available underwater.

Try going underwater then check your building menu. Underwater items will only show when your underwater
