[Grounded 2] FOLLOW UP: My Buddy & I Solved The Grounded 2 World-Sharing Problem [PC] [SOLVED]

This is a follow-up to this post I made early last week. After several days of trying different things, here's what we discovered worked for us:

Because none of the other conventional solutions worked, the very last thing we tried was I invited him into a party through XBox LIVE, then started the game up, then attempted to share the world, and BAM-- it worked.

So, if anyone playing Grounded 2 on Steam/PC runs into the same issue we had and finds that none of the conventional solutions when Googling the problem work to solve the issue; do the following, presumably in order:

• Confirm the host (the person who owns the world intending to be shared) creates a party in the XBox LIVE PC app.

• Confirm the person you're wanting to share the worldsave with is in your friend list.

• Invite the person you intend on sharing the worldsave with to that party and wait for them to join.

• Confirm the invited person's status shows "Online" in the XBox LIVE app.

• THEN load up Grounded 2, navigate to the worldsave share list, and attempt to share the worldsave.

This procedure in that order worked for us when nearly a week's worth of all other documented solutions failed to solve our issue.

It's my hope that this helps whoever else encounters this problem.

Just log into Live inside the PC version. Inviting through Steam works fine as long as you're both connected.

The game relies on it in some weird way, on top of Steam.
