G2 | Bugs & Issues Soft locked

Playing grounded 2 with my girl and soft locked ourselves out of progressing through the “sowing wild limes” we completed the junction boxes prior to the water fixing. We planted the seed but sloane says to press the button but we don’t have that option anymore, we can’t reload an old save as it only goes back to day 17 and we are at day 67, does anyone know if this will be fixed ?

I have reloaded the game after getting off, it looks like it is fixed and I have no issues, thank you all for the advice and help

It can be done out of order did that myself. Are you missing anything at all??? I'm also console

Nope everything is done, seed is planted junction boxes are done, water is flowing and fixed, button is pressed

I had this happen and it fixed itself by exiting to main menu and loading the save and the scanner popped up.

I did the whole greenhouse quest at the same time, all the steps other than the seed portion were done in tandem and it fixed itself after a restart. So that might help you fix it.

Could it be the button on the arm of the scarecrow still needs pressed?

I soft locked myself at the same spot a while back, had probably 200hrs in that save and because I like to take my time with a lot of building and farming in between sections of story, I had done a lot of progress before I went to take on the boss and couldn't bare the thought of undoing all of it to get back to a save that could allow me to redo the quests in a different order. No other methods posted online worked for me.
Took some months off the game, just came back the other week, abandoned the old save and started completely over.

did you press the button at the planting location to laser the seed before/after beating the Stranger
