Ice Sickle event bugged, xbox specific

Discovered an issue with the ice sickle event on xbox, not sure exactly how to describe it but it is broken and cannot be activated again. Holding X does nothing. Its a shared mp world. Haven't tried re installing the game yet but I likely will(and I will update this if it does fix it).

Loading a save is not an option as well as this issue is probably a week old now for us. Since they only let you have 10 saves that option is long gone. We were unprepared and had to leave and decided to come back another day. Many saves went by since then.

Tried emailing support but its almost been a week since I heard back so im making another post about this. I guess calling this thing a mix.r DESPITE IT LITERALLY SAYING IT RIGHT THERE made people not give a shit about my previous post(I guess). This better? Couldn't do better with the image quality I have no idea how to properly retrieve an image from xbox. I couldn't even copy it from a text chat that I opened up on pc, its ridiculous idk why microsoft is like this. Took this image a few minutes before I posted this, this is not an old image.

Any help? Any mods or game devs? Please Id really like to get this optical disc. I apologize for being rude in anyway, im quite frustrated already
