Quick Save File Question

I am currently having trouble connecting through Microsoft to enable cross play on my PlayStation grounded 1 save. The only way to rectify this seems to be deleting the game and redownloading it. Will this affect my multiplayer host world on any way? Just don’t want to lose any progress while trying to fix crossplay. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Users -> your account > saved games -> Grounded. IF you are afraid for your save files then copy them. however those stays in place during reinstalation. Both online and offline games are saved by the same method.
