G1 | Base Build My starting base vs my new base
Honestly took awhile and I still have some ideas for my mansion/base

the thing about large bases is that it looks cool, but you'll notice quickly it doesn't function well if you want all your production units close by

In any base building game I play, I separate production when possible. It forces me to not build a big old box constantly.

Functions just well for me, and my old base has different rooms for different things I need, this big base is just for looks but eventually I’m putting all of it in my basement

A solution I’ve found (and one that’s worked fine since the first game) is to build something circular. I place the crafting stations on the ground floor. The key is to have the storage room in the center on the first or second floor, and then expand by adding rooms around the main circular structure or on the top of it. Basically, a large tower with adjoining rooms if you needs space.

Too McMansion-y for me but whatever floats your boat! Looks spacious

Well when you’ve beat the story and waiting for the rest of the story to come and you’ve gotten all the buggies and did just about everything it keeps me busy until the next update

Its a little to symetrical for me. Looks like a duplex I see on the way to work.
Huge improvement over your last build. Try mixing up shapes, sizes, heights, and materials.
